Our silver laced Wyandotte is acting broody but not laying?

She has been in her nesting box around the clock since last Wednesday. Incidentally, we left for a 2 week trip on Wednesday as well.

From what my sitter can tell, she isn’t swollen or showing other signs of being egg bound but for her to not lay an egg in a week is concerning, even for her (she has been a routinely inconsistent layer). When I watch her on the cams, she looks normal, not lethargic and she responds to my voice when I talk to her thru the camera (I occasionally remind her that I love her and she’ll never be a mother)

Is there anything else this might be? At what point should I really start panicking? This is a screen grab to show that she seems alert and otherwise normal.
