My friends came to harvest one tree yesterday, we got about 10 lbs. My other wild plum tree will be ready sometime this week. It has about 10x as many plums.

So, dehydrating them into prunes and fruit leather today. Next week will be making mass amounts of plum jam, and hopefully selling some fresh plums to a local high end restaurant.
