As stated, I'm trying to have an item shipped while I'm in japan through amiami and I was wondering how to write the address.

Think I've got most of it down but I'm wondering for the street address if I should just put the numbers in (ex : 1-32-10) or use the chōme character (1-chōme-32-10)

Also was wondering since I have the room number where to put it and under what format in the form? (Like #203 for example? In line 2?)
