Can anyone specify what are the high value items in GSC?

So far, I've only ordered Nendroids directly from the GSC website. As per the note, if pre-ordered, the payment will be processed right before shipping.

However, it's also said that with certain "high-priced" items, if reaching a certain price limit, the payment will be processed right after ordering, even if it's pre-order.

I don't know what this price limit is so I'm hoping someone here knows. For context, this figure is 142usd
