For the hay

Welp first time poster/question creator long time lurker. Just going to throw these out there over some cafe bustello. New home/property owner 27 acres give or take a bit bigger if cleaned up.

  • Longer stuff to wood line, once cleaned up if i don't need the stuff is it typical to have get someone to cut it and give them whats cut or like pay for them to cut and bail?

  • Any electricians in the house? Working up my initial breaker diagrams and such as it's been kinda pieced together as expected. Not doing a complete overhaul but more safety and clean up so would be great to be able to phone a friend so to speak.

I have a great neighbor that me & the wifey met whose brother built the house. Also a retired veteran so I am saving the real stupid questions for him someday in the future. He kinda smiled when he found out i bought it & our intentions to put some lipstick on her.
