I did an experimental pocket of carrots (touchon) in my Greenstalk and missed one when i was thinning. Figured, why not pull it now and see what comes out, et voila! A baby carrot !! ????

Ironically, i planted a lot of carrots in my raised bed and none of them are doing as well as the ones in my Greenstalk ????
