Year 1 no lettuce sprouted, year 2 all the lettuce bolted before I ate it, finally year 3 I’ve been cutting some leaves for sandwiches all season, and making tiny side salads, but today was the first day I was able to cut enough for a big salad! We have two types of lettuce and also spinach in the bowl. I feel so proud ????
