Hen being picked on by multiple other hens

I have a 5 year old bantam silkie mix who’s very skittish, partly due to her head feathers partially covering her eyes. Lately I’ve noticed some of my younger bigger hens actively picking on her- they will chase her down to peck her.

They’ve all lived together since about May when the younger ones were still chicks being integrated- no issues then. The silkie went broody for about 2 months and since she stopped being broody in October is around when the bullying started.

She spends most of her time in hiding now and I feel terrible for her. Is it possible they don’t recognize her as one of them due to the broody period? I’ve got another little silkie who frequently goes broody but no one bothers her after.

There’s a possible 6 hens picking so separating them isn’t ideal as I don’t know exactly who’s doing it and I have no where to just put all 6. Thoughts?
