Building a 26x30 garage with 14’ high ceiling and a 6” slab. Just lowered a w10x22 I beam into place. Front garage door will be a 12x20 insulated with a high lift kit and the back will be a 9x8 insulated. Plan is to frame in an exhaust fan and eventually have a lift installed in the next few years.
