We’re house hunting and found a place we like, but the garage floor slopes toward the door. I work on cars as a hobby and I’m concerned about the safety of jacking the car up and working underneath it.

Anyone here deal with this? Does it cause major issues with jack stands or lift stability? Is a full repour the only fix, or are there reliable workarounds?
