Has anyone had luck getting their shipping refunded from the GSC sale? They just cancelled my Asuka and it left me in the awkward position of paying a $10 shipping on a $1 pin ????. I'm going back and forth with their customer service but they aren't budging.

Their policies are pretty anti consumer imo. They are freely cancelling orders due to their own stock mismanagement but refuse to cancel anything the customer initiates even though it's their over selling that is causing the problems leading to cancellation requests in the first place.

I might have to file a charge back with my credit card, I already received my other orders anyways so it's not like I can lose anything else. Does anyone else have experience doing the same with GSC?
