This was my first time dyeing a leather project (I used Eco Flo all-in-one cherry red). However, I did it before I trimmed some pieces off, and then forgot to dye the edges… oh well. This took almost exactly 4 hours, using economy 5-6 ounce veg tan from Tandy. I’m proud of it, but there are many places where I could improve.
