Will chicks be ok in this weird shaped incubator?

The incubator I'm using has an automatic egg turning feature, which means there's no flat surface for the chicks to stand on when they hatch. I've always left the chicks in the incubator until hatching is complete and let them dry before moving them to the brooder. But this incubator design doesn't seem suited to that. Once hatching starts, is this going to be a problem? I don't want the chicks to get stuck between the trays. Should I move them to the brooder immediately?
