So I have my 1972 Ford F250 and I want to be able to take it on the highway. I’m not worried so much about going up to speed but more of the reliability of the truck. It’s not gonna be going far on highway but just a couple of miles every once in a while. What would you recommend replacing?

I have replaced the tires, brakes and transmission are getting worked on, and new suspension. Thanks! Also sorry for the same photo I use for all my other posts for it, just trying to get the post up.
