I’m putting a small greenhouse up this weekend and I was wondering what everyone has in their winter garden. I live in Port Orchard WA and we don’t get the hard freezing temperatures some other places do.

I know lettuce and some leafy greens are cold hardy plants, what else is? I’m googling things as well, but I thought I’d ask people that have had experience with winter planting.

I just planted garlic, 50 bulbs to be exact. Those I just plant, lightly cover with straw and walk away. Pictured here is my garlic and herb beds, I have a greenhouse set up on the other side.
