Victory Liner 7079 is an Almazora Tourist Star RE Lion's Regio, mounted on a MAN R39 chassis, and what make it special is the fact that this is the very first Tourist Star Lion's Regio made by Almazora. Despite having a Tuguegarao City franchise, this bus is rarely seen in Tuguegarao, mainly due to this bus is frequently deployed in Isabela and Tabuk routes, and the fact that pretty much we live in an era where DeLuxe buses are pretty much an at all-time peak in Cagayan Valley (since this bus is the only Tourist Star Lion's Regio in Sampaloc without a restroom, while its sibling were already equipped with a restroom and re-classified as DeLuxe).
