First time doing blackwork and using variegated thread.

I didn't expect it to be quicker than cross stitch.

I learned a few tricks along the way and made some mistakes too. Some were fixed, others not but despite everything it's all finished and I couldn't love it more????

Right now is sitting on top of a shelf until I find a proper place for it.
