As a complement to an earlier post about working square by square, does anyone else prefer to work from the middle, color by color, cross country style? I usually change colors if it would take excessive counting to get to the next part or when I get bored of a color. One year into my cross stitching journey, I still prefer the occasional frogging to the pre work of gridding, but maybe I haven’t gotten to a size that would justify gridding (this one is 11”x10”).
