[WIP] Largest project ever
| When I bought this (a long time ago) I got really excited over the fact the pattern was of my hometown and it was not until the woman at the shop started rolling out the cloth I realised the size of it but it was too pretty to pass. I've been busy with a few small side projects and now going back to this I'm excited but overthinking. I can see stains from a wooden loop I tried for a while, the lack of finesse with my stitches and getting slightly better over the years. I'll be back if I ever finish it asking for tips to clean and frame but right now I need every tip in the world to handle the excess cloth as I am in the middle of the piece. PS: if you're curious it will end up being 325 x 555 stitches, it has a total of 143 threat shades (mostly DMC and some Anchor) and the size will be 62cm x 110cm! [link] [comments] |
