Had so much fun with this one, it's the second project I've done so far! Took an 8ish month break in the middle so completed in about a year. It was my first time doing 1/4 -3/4 stitches, took quite a while to figure out how to make them neat when it's the top stitch that's divided. There were a few included in the pattern but I added a bunch more in as I went. Also changed up the backstitching colours a bit (took way longer than it should've since I redid several sections trying to find what colour I liked best lol), I don't understand the backstitching hate on this sub, it's my favourite part! Adds so much detail and really brings any piece to life, plus it's much less monotonous than the cross stitching which I like. I found the whipped backstitch technique which I love so much, really smoothes out the lines!!
