He is a terrible supervisor though, and a complete yes man.

(Buckbeak is a 29 yr old quaker parrot who cannot fly due to arthritis which is why he is loose and unharnessed-- otherwise, do not/would not do this. He also likes going places, seeing new things and getting attention from humble peons so sometimes he runs errands with me)
