Salmon are my favorite fish. Here in Oregon they are culturally significant to many of the Native Nations, as well as of economic importance to many of our coastal communities. When I first saw the king salmon sweater by boylandknitworks , I immediately knew it was something I needed to knit up. Yarn is Lionbrands Fisherman and some random stuff I had in my stash. Ultimately, It was a fun knit, but putting in the different colors definitely added some extra work and long floats. I’m happy with how it turned out and look forward to wearing it when it cools down a bit.
