If you’ve been hovering on the edge of trying linen or even weave and you’re scared… just do it. Seriously. You only linen once, and what’s life without some tiny threads testing your eyesight?

This is only my second piece ever and I was intimidated making the jump from aida. But guess what, I’m doing it and squinting less than I expected.

Also, I feel like a pro because I got a needleminder and now I feel like I’m in the club. It feels like it’s silently judging my stitches and defending me at the same time.

I’m honestly so grateful I found this hobby. It gives my brain squirrels something to chew on that isn’t spiraling thoughts, and I feel way less guilty about my nightly TV marathons now that my hands are busy.

Linen is just fabric. You’re the boss.
