This is my first Cross stitch work ! I got intimidated by the idea of stitching on fabric, so I tried on Wood canvas just to get the technique... an ended up loving it, the fact that it's rigid and can easily be used as decoration or be gifted, that I don't have to worry about which hole to sew in, it just felt automatic. And, I like the smell of the wood !

I am using 2 threads folded in 2 with Loop starts, which end up in being 4 threads. It looks thick, but 2 threads look too thin, and I can't do a loop start to obtain 3 threads.

I am already working on a second project, a bigger canvas, and also designed by myself.

I appreciate any advice to keep improving my work.
