Quick little project I completed to take a break from a larger one I'm doing rn!

I noticed while doing this one that the pattern got warped a bit. It turned out a bit wider than the pattern and I think it's the fabric's fault. I used some cheaper Michael's fabric and think it must not be perfect squares. At least I realized this while making something so small. It would have been a shame to find this out during a bigger project. Has this happened to anyone else on this sub?

Anyways, I love this little guy and am gifting him to my fiance who loves pizza. I might try making him again on better fabric next time. Maybe a dark blue or purple fabric.
