Hey all you lovely folk. I’m quite new to embroidery have been following a pattern from stitch craft for this piece. And while I love how it’s turned out it’s missing the large intestine which I want to add but unsure of what stitch to do it with as the background is already filled in. I was thinking maybe a woven bar?

I want it to be 3d like the small intestines which I used a bullion stitch for but it has to be a lot bigger for the large intestines. Any suggestions are appreciated thank youuuuuu
