I realize this may be a long shot, but does anyone know where I can get the pattern for this design?

I don’t know who created it or any other names/shops it might be associated with.

From what I’ve gathered, it was originally available on Etsy, but that shop is no longer in existence. I was even able to find a bit of info with a Google image search but every option was a dead end.

I’m really wanting to stitch this for myself as I love it so much, but I am having no luck in figuring out how to purchase the pattern.
