I have never tried my hand at knitting a plushie and it was surprisingly easy to knit up. The hardest part was that I tried to add wire to the arms and legs and making that work without any sharp edges poking out or wire being visible, and tips and or tutorials for that are very welcome. Added the wire mainly because I wanted it to be able to stand on it’s own but it won’t do that sadly so now I just figured sitting was also cute and she can make ik cling to stuff which is also pretty cute. It was also my first time knitting I-cord so that was a fun thing to learn as well.

I used the frog pattern from Claire Garland, 2mm needles and some scrap yarn I once got at a thrift store for some socks and had some leftover. The eyes are 10 mm safety eyes. All in all I’ll definitely try this pattern again maybe with some thicker yarn and without the wire for my nieces ☺️
