I have a great setup with a comfy armchair, stand, light, the works...but I had abdominal surgery 9 days ago and still can't sit up for long periods of time.

I also can't watch TV without my hands doing something!!

I've never completely freehanded something so this is a fun new adventure! Stitching lying down on a "floor bed" of cushions.

Might put a word in the middle. Might just do zig-zag stripes.

Any advice for freehand work? :D
