Working on the mosaic tiles for the Annie Moroccan tile afghan. I made a few squares and noticed they were looking really wonky (see right hand side), almost like there was a strong wind blowing all of my stitches sideways lol.

I’m still a relative beginner (started about a month ago) so this was one of my first true troubleshooting sessions. Turns out I was putting the corner in the wrong spot each row— I thought if you do three corner stitches, on the next row you should do three corner stitches in the middle corner stitch of the previous row, but pattern actually called for the one before that! Very happy with the new square on the left. Three more to make and I’m don’t with kit 4.
