Hi all! I finished my first sweater and my second ever project!! I got into knitting because I wanted to make sweaters/garments (I learned to crochet first) and decided to try it out with the Step by Step Sweater by Florence Miller. I like that there is a printed pattern as well as a video to help beginners. I wanted the sleeves shorter but I might add some length in the future if I feel that it’s needed. For now, I’m proud of this. I made a freaking sweater!!!! ???????? - used needle size 6 for body to meet gauge and 5 for ribbing (but I might size down even more because the ribbing isn’t quite small) - used the recommended yarn: DROPS Nepal in 3620 red. - knitted size D and ended up using almost 10 skeins (wonder if my gauge changed and ended up being size C; haven’t measured)
