So I found this cute motif on Pinterest and decided to make a mesh long sleeve crop out of it. I was working on a piece of it late last night and noticed my fuq up about 3 rows too late...

As a perfectionist, I never leave my mistakes. I’ll frog half of a finished project just to go back and fix a few stitches. But for some reason last night, after much internal debate, I decided I couldn’t be bothered. And I just kept going.

Well fast forward to this morning, I’m looking at my piece, and I legitimately forgot about the mistake! I couldn’t even see it until I actively started looking for it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m definitely going to use this piece as the back lol. But definitely glad I didn’t waste time frogging and redoing such a non-issue!

This is your reminder that no one’s looking as closely or critically at your work as you are. Embrace the quirks and let go of your expectation for perfection. ????
