I am constantly starting new projects without finishing the previous ones. I have ADHD and love the novelty of starting something new, but since I’m always going back and forth between projects, it takes me ages to finish anything. Trying to stop guilting myself so I just made a (vintage) meme about it. I loveeee starting new projects but hate taking so long to finish. Any ADHD-friendly tips on how to not do this constantly?? Or at least on how to tone it down a bit. ????
