Cast on the Vanilla Socks by Kay Litton the other day. These will be the first pair of socks I've made. Not very far along but so far, so good.

Mostly I am in love with the YARN. This is Tenderfoot 80/20 by Polka Dot Sheep Fine Yarns in the colorway Mallard. I knew I wanted something for fall, and the yarn was beautiful in a hank and then ball, but it's working up to be so, so pretty. I can't put it down because every row is another little patch of color.
