Hello lovelies! This is my first time attempt to knit colorwork socks and the tension doesn’t seem right…I knitted with dpn and flipped inside out, didn’t catch any floats

Will this block out or should I start over? Also do you have good tip for yarn management for knitting with multiple colours? *I knit continental usually
