The Creamery

The Creamery

I’m excited to share my latest piece, “The Creamery,” a 20" by 20" work made with polymer clay on a wooden board. This scene captures a quiet, glowing moment outside a neighborhood ice cream shop at night. The warm light from the bright "ICE CREAM" sign and neon details draws you into a shared space where children and adults gather, framed by the textured brick sidewalk and softly lit storefront. Working with polymer clay allowed me to explore texture and depth in a way that brings the scene’s familiar comfort and community spirit to life. This piece grew from a simple photograph, but through the layering of color and form, I aimed to invite a closer look at the everyday moments that feel quietly special.
