I saw these mugs in a store today, and as the tile describes it reminds me of some cartoon character/3d animated character, but I can’t figure out what.

First I thought maybe the map from Dora, but that does not have the extravagant facial expressions. For some reason I remind the character as something rather tall and grey?

Can anybody help me figure out what character I am thinking of?
