Breakfast

  • Tortilla with peanut butter
  • String cheese
  • Skyr yogurt
  • 1 banana with skim milk
  • coffee ☕️

Lunch

  • Huuuuge salad with carrots, red cabbage, tomatoe and sesame oil/vinegar dressing
  • Wild Asparagus (first time I tried this, pretty good!)
  • Mashed broccoli
  • 0% cheese split on the broccoli and on the side of the asparagus

Snack after lunch

  • 0% Faiselle with some strawberries

Dinner

  • Grass-fed 15% ground beef with tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato sauce and Konjac tagliatelle
  • Zucchini
  • Goat cheese on top of pasta and side ????
  • One whole pink lady apple
  • 0% yogurt with raspberry coulis

Very voluminous day, overall pretty good, not felt hungry :)
