The recipe isn't perfected. I think I need more honey as they aren't sweet enough for me. But citric acid makes a big difference. If you want to try it yourself you just need: 3 cups of blended fruit 4 packets of Knox gelatine Honey/sugar substitute to taste Citric acid to taste (makes it sour, a little bit goes a long way) Blend the fruit and add the gelatine. Heat up to a boil then set in fridge to cool. Molds are optional This batch made around 120 gummy bears and each bear is about 2 calories. [link] [comments] |
