Would acrylic paint stick well to a paper party hat with a smooth oute…
 | For a Halloween costume I used a party hat as a sort of snout, but I'm not sure if my acrylic paint will stick well to the material, or if there's anything I could seal it with? Any suggestions would be appreciated [link] [comments] |
