I made a wig cap with saran wrap and tape then hot glued two rows of purple yarn hairs in a circle on it. Then from there I did the dragon braid with little hair rubber bands. The most annoying part of the process was the fact that the wig wouldn't stay on and had no tension while I was doing each ponytail for the braid. The rest of the accessories were from an official Elf on the Shelf kit.
