Delicious & <400Cal!
| After a very early wake up & 10hrs at the airport, I was ravenous. This really hit the spot &, at only 372Cal, didn’t derail my whole day! Filled an entire 12” plate! 2oz spinach, 3oz strawberries, 1oz goat cheese, 1oz shredded carrot, 1oz yellow bell pepper, 1oz cabbage, & 1oz broccoli.
