Hi! I bought a tutu on Amazon for a Halloween costume but it’s not thick and full. I wanted to try and add more tulle to it. I know I’m gonna have to cut out the liner underneath which I’m perfectly fine doing but what is the best way to go about it/is it even possible? I’ve attached a picture of the tutu! Thank you!
