So while ordering the Jason Voorhees Bishoujo reissue my bank notified me that the payment was declined. I reached out to Amazon JP CS to find out what was going on and sadly they have changed their policies now from charge on dispatch to charge on preorder now. :/

It seems any outstanding pre-orders now won't be charged upon dispatch but for all new orders they are charged upon ordering....
