Also slight color stain from cloth attachment

I am very new to anime figure and Just bought a figure from amiami. I found there are some scratches overall.
- Visible scratch near knee but not too obvious
- very visible scratch on wing
- tiny unnoticeable scratch around neck
- Color stain on skin from the cloth attachment
- also I found that the tail attachment is so easy to fall off.

Are these imperfections common in any new figure? They are visible but not too oblivious and unbearable.
Should I negotiate for return and exchange for a new one (I live in JP right now)
