Does anyone know exactly how the pre order process works for pre orders placed after the deadline? I just pre ordered the kotobukiya 1/7th King Halo from them since I missed the original deadlines. Is it saying even though post deadline pre orders aren’t guaranteed it’s still rare for them to be out of stock and full refund you? Or is that only for pre orders before the deadline? Does kotobukiya send a certain amount to them and they just ship them out until they’re all gone?

Sorry i’m rambling but I really want this figure and would rather not pay $400cad to resellers.
