Why did this Figuarts Zero Captain Kidd figure release for only 13k yen? At 13 invhes tall and thus level of detail with the dynamic pose and everything id expect it to be way more but am I missing something?

Theres one at a local store near me going for 200 USD which at an aftermarket price where I don't need to ship it isnt too bad, but I'm curious why this figure is so much cheaper than I'd expect.
