Found when wondering around central London. Right next to the Forbidden Planet flagship store, Animetal has a superior selection of anime figures, some really nice lifesize models of Luffy, Kakashi, and Zoro but damn are these prices insane.

Tawawa is already a fairly niche series that rarely gets any figures released for it but $60 for a noodle stopper/prize figure is quite the mark up! Sadly that goes for a lot of the other prize figures that were on sale at the store.
