After months of slowly getting the parts I have finished my DIY display case based off the costa design with some changes here and there. I'm not the best at this stuff so it def has some ruff edges especially those air bubbles lol. I'm still setting up stuff and nothings final on placement or even close to it and I still have to clean it off after I'm done messing with item placement as it still has smudges and dust clinging to it. Waiting till I'm mostly done before cleaning the acrylic. Have a lot of extra acrylic so gonna turn the cube display next to it too a sealed up display as well.

Overall cost me mid 700ish but with what I know now could do it for way less more high 500s if I ever plan to do more. Which even at the 700 range for a customizable height shelf its perfect. Was looking for so long for one and them being super pricy and or just not the right fit for what I need especially for bolas (the big ass golden dragon) as he was the one I I wanted to cover the most being my grail/most exp figure. I almost just settled for getting more basic assembly cases from amazon when I came across this design randomly on YouTube.

Def going for thinner panels next time. I get that its more flimsy when taking it off but the weight has caused issues for the bigger display that magnets just wont stay and while not coming off don't stay flush and sag a bit. So I had to waste the magnets and add Velcro to keep it flush which means I got to be careful on removing it to not jostle the stuff inside too much. Most just slightly wiggle but overall is fine. Def have to use stands for every figma though as they will fall over. It wont come off often so thinner is honestly ok. I don't know how some have kept the panels on with just the magnet strips. Got the same ones but they just don't stay right on the 4ft shelf.

Ones 3ft the other 4 wide, height of 6ft, and same depth of 18 in. They do come in 24 but didn't want to risk the size but now seeing the 18 could of done the 24 honestly.

Those reflective panels have me paranoid lol. I'm pretty sure the angle I got doesn't have me in the pic outside I think my fingers just not a fan of havin the face on the internet. Will have to be careful lol.
