to start, shipment from amiami got handled by uniuni for final delivery which i dreaded and now my worst nightmare has come as i receive a delivery email, but with no pictures that even load and my ring camera never picking up any motion in the timeframe. i hear their customer support is nonexistent and im not sure what to do in this situation. if anyone has unfortunately gone through the same thing is there any tips to give, not sure if i should go through amiami for support or somehow get a refund from my bank or what… first time using ecms and it’s already gone bad.. sad.
